Are your products standard size?
Most products are made to order and do not have one fixed standard size. Dimensions shown on the website are reference dimensions only where available. Final dimensions are confirmed for each project.
How are booth seating dimensions confirmed?
We can begin with our commonly used factory proportions, but these are references rather than a customer standard. Final dimensions depend on the floor plan, wall conditions, corner layout, seating capacity, table position, and site measurements.
Can chair dimensions, colors, and materials be customized?
Yes. Chair construction and dimensions can be adjusted according to the approved design, sample, drawing, or reference product. Colors, upholstery, materials, stitching, and finishes can also be customized.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please send the product link, SKU, drawing, or reference image; required quantity; target dimensions or floor plan; preferred material, finish, upholstery, and color; and the delivery city, country, or port. If some details are not ready, send what you have and we will identify the remaining items.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product type, design, construction, materials, and production requirements. Contact us with the product and quantity for a project-specific answer.
What is the production lead time?
Lead time depends on whether sampling is required, the design complexity, material availability, order quantity, and packing requirements. A project schedule is provided after the details are reviewed and confirmed.
Can I request a sample?
Sample development is available for suitable products and projects. The sample method, cost, and schedule depend on the design and materials.
Do you support international shipping?
We can support export packing, container loading, documentation, and shipping coordination. The available option depends on the order, destination, and agreed shipping terms.
