BAKA receives personal information when you choose to send an inquiry, email us or contact us through WhatsApp. Limited technical information may also be processed by the security and audience-measurement services described below.

Who this notice covers
This notice explains how Guangzhou BAKA Furniture Co., Ltd. (BAKA, we, us) handles information connected with commercial furniture inquiries made through bakajiaju.com. It also covers follow-up business communication about product sourcing, custom specifications, quotations, samples, orders and delivery. The site is intended for business buyers and is not directed to children.
02 · INFORMATION
Information connected with the site
Information you choose to send. We may receive your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, products of interest, project requirements and messages. Later conversations may include quantities, destination, drawings, finish requirements, quotation details and communication history.
Limited technical information. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser or device type, request time, referring page and security events. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may process cookie identifiers and interaction or usage information to help us understand aggregate site performance. These services do not create a BAKA customer account.
03 · USE AND RETENTION
Why information is used
We use inquiry information to review and answer your request, clarify products and specifications, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, production or delivery, maintain business records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Technical information is used to operate, secure and understand the website. Depending on the location and context, processing is based on steps you ask us to take before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent where required, or legal obligations.
The main-site inquiry form sends the submitted fields to BAKA’s business mailbox and does not create a customer account. Anti-spam rate-limit and duplicate markers are short lived. Business correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry or project, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements.

Provides the optional language selector and translated page view.
We may also use hosting, email, IT security and communication providers, and may share relevant inquiry information with suppliers, logistics providers, professional advisers or public authorities when needed for the request or required by law. WhatsApp and email links open services governed by their own privacy terms.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. BAKA is based in China. If you contact us from another country, your inquiry will be processed in China and may be handled by service providers in other locations. We use reasonable contractual, organisational and technical measures required by applicable law.
05 · SECURITY
How inquiry information is protected
The website uses HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, rate limiting, duplicate detection and Cloudflare Turnstile. No internet transmission is completely risk free. Please do not include identity documents, payment-card details, health information or other unnecessary sensitive personal information in a furniture inquiry.

Where applicable, you may ask to access or copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal information, and may withdraw consent or restrict or refuse certain processing.
EEA and United Kingdom
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority.

Where the CCPA applies, you may request to know, access, correct or delete covered information and receive equal service when exercising your rights. BAKA does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Other locations
You may have additional rights under local law. We will respond in line with the law that applies to the request.
We do not use inquiry information for solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
